The government has announced that the owner of Chelsea FC will also be prohibited from transactions with UK individuals and businesses.

The government could still grant him a licence to sell the club, but will need to be assured that he will not benefit financially and any proceeds would remain frozen.

Filtered water starts out as plain tap water. 'Based on Bryant's immediate and surprised tone following the second third party's reply, EOCR finds it more likely than not that it was at that moment Bryant first learned that [Bettinger] made a statement about protestors making speed bumps,' the report said. 

Purified water usually begins as tap water as well. It will go through many purification processes, including those used for water filtration. Purified water goes a step further than filtering, with a process that removes chemical pollutants, bacteria, fungi and algae. You'll often find purified water in bottles at your local grocery.

Despite knowing she had a 'solid case,' Bettinger was admittedly nervous. She ended up losing her case, despite Bryant's witnesses not able to fully collaborate that Bryant's tale that the student threatened them.  

"I've said time and time again that the numbers and science will guide us as we continue to recover and rebuild,' he said at a press conference. 'Now New York City is back, and vaccinations are why we're back. New Yorkers should be getting out and enjoying our amazing city. The fight may not be over, but we're clearly winning the war. We are open for business.'
