As a way of moving even closer to a far more natural diet, I'm slowly looking for ways to make cooking hot soup that are closer to the natural world, are satisfying, have much more protein, less carbohydrate, no wheat, sugar or perhaps awful ¨cooking¨ oils. Particularly in winter, chicken cooked in its bones has been used by Jews as well as Arabs anywhere. It is currently known to have anti inflammatory properties as well as suspected to have calming qualities too. I am an atheist with regards to the low-fat god that lots of worship, and thus this recipe utilizes real cream. I'm currently losing weight and gaining wellness, thus it's paying off for me. The herbs are fresh new, as I avoid irradiated herbs anytime you can. If you don't find sage and basil, experiment and see what you are able to use. Suggestions include tarragon, thyme, and maybe some rocket. The mushroom croutons get rid of the demand for bread of any sort, as they are quite satisfying.

Soup Ingredients

4 chicken thighs or 6 chicken drumsticks, with the bones in

Two 1/2 huge potatoes, or aproximatelly five medium ones, roughly cut into pieces which are small

Quarter of an onion, about cut into small pieces

3-5 leaves of sage

2 sprigs of basil

500 g of mushrooms due to the soup

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

salt as well as pepper to taste

250 ml new cream

Wheat-Free Croutons Ingredients

250-500 g of mushrooms (depending on the amount of individuals), sliced or thinly chopped

Three tbs butter 1 tsp chopped garlic (I get chopped garlic with herbs that are fresh from the supermarket. Or you can add the herbs, as below)

sprinkling of diverse herbs, including thyme, marjoram, etc

liberal sprinkling of salt (reduces the quantity of butter needed to fry the mushroom croutons)

Add all of the soup ingredients in a single large pot. It is easier to quickly cut the vegetables right before they go into the pot. Don´t bother peeling the potatoes. Next nearly cover them with water - the water comes up to almost the top. Bring to the boil and then allow to simmer for aproximatelly 40 minutes, while you try doing something a lot more interesting. Whenever the time comes, remove the chicken onto a plate with a fork and leave it to cool whilst you place the remaining soup substances through a blender. Then, position the soup veggies back on a light heat when you cut the chicken outside of the bones with a knife and fork or even with the hands of yours. Add the chicken in the pot as you cut it out. Throw away the bones.
