'Until we deal with the systemic issues of gun violence in this country - how easily young people with mental illness can access guns in this country, I'm afraid that this will not be the last summer that we are having this conversation,'  Bottoms told  .

Biden's proposal would raise the Medicare tax rate, created by the Affordable Care Act, from 3.8 percent to 5 percent for all Americans earning more than $400,000 per year, including salaries and capital gains.

Our wages are paid, not by a broadcasting poll tax, but through the exercise of choice. Every sneer will cost you dear.'
